Originally, FYT was an acronym for Family and Youth Therapy, reflecting our early focus on supporting children and families. Today, Fyt Clinic primarily serves adults and older adolescents, providing care that promotes physical and mental well-being. The name Fyt honors the clinic’s origins while emphasizing commitment to overall wellness — a foundation for strong mental health.
